Lemon Cheese Pie
A family favorite that’s easy to make. Serve with whipped cream and berries if desired. – Terry
Ingredients
8″ Crust:
- 1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup butter, melted
9″ Crust:
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Pie Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pkg instant lemon pudding
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crust ingredients. Press firmly against bottom and side of pie plate. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Combine cream cheese and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add lemon pudding mix and blend. Pour into the pie shell and refrigerate.
