Caesar Salad Dressing
This is so yummy and easy to make. Adjust the amount of garlic to your liking. We put it on vegetables like summer squash and beans, too. – Terry
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (or anchovy fillet, minced)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 or 2 medium cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese, finely grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, and parmesan cheese in a bowl until well blended.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
