Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

For the sweet potato lovers in the family…

Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons. olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • dash of paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ½-inch wide wedges.
  3. Mix with remaining ingredients and spread on baking sheet (stick-free aluminum foil makes cleanup easy).
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
