Cowboy Salmon Marinade
My go-to salmon recipe. – Terry
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 large salmon filet (2 lbs), cut into 8 pieces
Instructions
- Mix all marinade ingredients together.
- Place salmon in a shallow glass dish and pour marinade over salmon. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 60 minutes.
- Remove salmon from marinade, reserving marinade.
- Grill salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with marinade. I put a piece of foil under the salmon to make cleanup easier.
