Tina’s Swordfish Kabobs
Excellent marinade recipe from our neighbor – Terry
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1½ lb. swordfish
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a zip-top bag with swordfish pieces and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Note
- I add onion and pepper pieces to swordfish kababs before grilling.
