Barbecued Meatballs
First recipe in the new slow cooker! Modified from a recipe on About.com.

Ingredients
- 2 packages (1-pound each) precooked meatballs (can be turkey, chicken, pork or beef)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup chili sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup steak sauce
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 15oz can tomato sauce
Instructions
- Place meatballs in 3-4 quart crockpot.
- In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients, then pour into crockpot. stir together the meatballs and sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours until meatballs are hot and tender.
- Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
Note
- These make a great appetizer!
