Pecan Pie
Soule standard for pecan pies for every Thanksgiving and Christmas. – Kathy
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 3 eggs
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ⅓ teaspoon sugar
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 cup pecan halves
Instructions
Blend ingredients in mixer. Pour into pie shell and decorate top with pecan halves. Bake in 375° F oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
