Jo’s Lemon Bars
Recipe from Elizabeth’s mom.
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Topping
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Instructions
Combine Crust ingredients and press into 9×13″ pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Combine Topping ingredients and pour over crust. Return to oven for 25 minutes.
