Bacon Wrapped Dates
Had these at a party and just about ate the entire platter. They are beyond delicious and incredibly easy to make. A Christmas Eve favorite.

Ingredients
- 12 medjool dates, plump with no cracks in the skin
- 6 slices of center cut bacon, not thick sliced (I used Boar’s Head)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Pit the dates by making a small slit with a paring knife and removing the pit.
- Cut bacon slices in half.
- Wrap each date in a half slice of bacon and place on a foil-lined sheet pan. Sometimes toothpicks are necessary to hold the bacon in place.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the bacon begins to crisp.
- Serve while warm.
