Baked Sweet Potato Wedges
For the sweet potato lovers in the family…
Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons. olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- dash of paprika
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ½-inch wide wedges.
- Mix with remaining ingredients and spread on baking sheet (stick-free aluminum foil makes cleanup easy).
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
