Blueberry Crumble Pie
Some of these ingredients for a pie may seem a little odd but the final product is incredibly delicious. – Kathy
Ingredients
- 5 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed)
- 1 (9”) graham cracker crust
- ¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbs all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream, can be low-fat
- ¼ cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 Tbs butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Place blueberries in crust.
- Combine brown sugar, flour, vanilla, lemon zest and sour cream in a bowl; mix well. Spread mixture over blueberries.
- Combine bread crumbs, sugar and butter in a small bowl; stir well. Sprinkle over sour cream mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until set and crumbs are lightly browned. Let cool 1 hour on a wire rack.
