Cucumber Salad
This has been served at our Orono Quilters potluck suppers by Carlene Thompson. So good! – Jeanne
Ingredients
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups English cucumber, halved lengthwise, sliced ¼”-inch thick
- ½ cup red onions, slivered
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño, seeded, minced
Instructions
Whisk together sugar, vinegar and salt. Add remaining ingredients.
