Lemon Cheese Pie

A family favorite that’s easy to make. Serve with whipped cream and berries if desired. – Terry

Ingredients

8″ Crust:

  • 1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

9″ Crust:

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

Pie Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pkg instant lemon pudding

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crust ingredients. Press firmly against bottom and side of pie plate. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes. Cool.
  2. Combine cream cheese and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add lemon pudding mix and blend. Pour into the pie shell and refrigerate.
