Wicked Blueberry Coffee Cake
This “wicked good” recipe is from my friend, Sheri.

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter, room temperature
- ¼ cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Cream ½ cup of butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add next five ingredients (through salt) and mix well.
- Add the 2 cups of flour and sour cream alternately to egg mixture, mixing with a spoon. Fold in blueberries.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9″x13″ baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, cream brown sugar and remaining butter. Add flour to get a semi-dry mixture. Spread on top of batter.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
