Zesty Italian Slow Cooker Chicken
I usually end up putting my chicken in while it’s totally or half frozen, so you could probably cook a little less if thawed. I typically serve this over cooked quinoa or rice with a side of vegetables. -Shelby
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Italian salad dressing
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 cup onions, sliced
Instructions
- Layer chicken in bottom of slow cooker.
- Pour on the Italian dressing, lifting the chicken to let dressing underneath.
- Drain and pour tomatoes evenly on top of chicken.
- Top with onions.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until chicken is cooked and easily falls apart.
