Bistro Chicken with Feta

A favorite picnic recipe from Elizabeth.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups cooked penne or rotini pasta, drained
  • 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1 4-oz. package crumbled feta cheese with basil and tomato
  • 1/2 cup prepared honey mustard or caesar salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, grilled or broiled, cut into 1/4-inch slices

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients. Serve warm or chilled. Makes 4 servings.
