Bistro Chicken with Feta
A favorite picnic recipe from Elizabeth.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked penne or rotini pasta, drained
- 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1 4-oz. package crumbled feta cheese with basil and tomato
- 1/2 cup prepared honey mustard or caesar salad dressing
- 1/3 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, grilled or broiled, cut into 1/4-inch slices
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients. Serve warm or chilled. Makes 4 servings.
