Celebration Sticks

I have used crushed peppermint candies, nuts, coconut, and toffee bits as a coating.  You can also double coat the pretzels – dunk, roll and let dry, then do it again.  Double the goodness!!  I have packaged them in holiday cellophane wrappers and given as gifts.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 8-inch pretzel rods
  • Colored sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler.  Dunk the pretzels halfway into the chocolate, then roll in a bowl of sprinkles.  Dry on waxed paper.  Makes 12.
