Chocolate Pecan Pie

Delicious combo of pecan pie and chocolate, yum!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 6 oz (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 9-inch deep dish pie shell, unbaked

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix together all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° for another 35 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
