Cider Dressing
Got this recipe from the Southern Living magazine and made it for the first time when visiting the Soules in Boise for Thanksgiving in 2006. It’s been favorite of mine ever since.

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- ½ teaspoon celery seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
Makes about 1 cup.
