Cowboy Salmon Marinade
My go-to salmon recipe.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 large salmon filet (2 lbs), cut into 8 pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Place salmon in a shallow glass dish, and pour marinade over salmon. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 60 minutes.
Remove salmon from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with marinade. I put a piece of foil under the salmon to make cleanup easier.
