Cranberry & Almond Bark

An excellent recipe to make for Christmas – either to give to friends or to keep all to yourself!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packages white chocolate chips
  • 1 package Ocean Spray Cherry Cranberries (or preferred flavor)
  • 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted (back in 350° oven for 10 minutes, stirring several times)

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt chocolate and combine with cranberries and almonds.  Spread on foil-lined cookie sheet.  Let it harden and then break into bark.  Store in fridge.
