Pecan Pie

Soule standard for pecan pies for every Thanksgiving and Christmas.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • ⅓ teaspoon sugar
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1 cup pecan halves


INSTRUCTIONS

Blend ingredients in mixer.  Pour into pie shell and decorate top with pecan halves.  Bake in 375° F oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
