Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

For the sweet potato lovers in the family...


INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of paprika
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ½-inch wide wedges. Mix with remaining ingredients and spread on baking sheet (stick-free aluminum foil makes cleanup easy). Bake at 400° for 20-30 minutes.
