Wicked Blueberry Coffee Cake
This "wicked good" recipe is from my friend, Sheri.

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter, room temperature
- ¼ cup flour
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream ½ cup of butter and sugar. Add next five ingredients (through salt). Add the 2 cups of flour and sour cream alternately to egg mixture, mixing with a spoon. Fold in blueberries.
Pour mixture into a greased 9"x13" baking pan. In a separate bowl, cream brown sugar and remaining butter. Add flour to get a semi-dry mixture. Spread on top of batter. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
